Ask, Seek, and Knock is run by Ask, Seek, and Knock ("we"). Questions: KeithWasho@gmail.com.
What the service is
Ask, Seek, and Knock gives written reflections drawn from Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Church documents, and the writings of the saints. Answers are written by an AI system and may contain mistakes, including in quotations and references. Please read every source in full for yourself.
It is a study and prayer aid. It is not a substitute for a priest, spiritual director, the sacraments, or professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Catholic Church, the USCCB, or the Holy See. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number now.
Accounts
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the service.
Free trial and subscriptions
- Each new account gets one free session.
- After that, the service costs $4.99 per month or $54 per year, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may include applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- To keep the service available for everyone, we may limit very heavy use. If this happens, you will be asked to try again later.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" on the site. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partly used periods. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, email KeithWasho@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, try to break it, resell it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms or prices. If prices change, we will tell subscribers by email before their next renewal.
Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA.
